Public Classes:

We are happy to reschedule at no cost within 48 hours of your class or provide a full refund with 1 weeks’ notice.

We cannot issue refunds or reschedule for no-shows or without 48 hours’ notice. You may donate your ticket to someone else as long as they sign in with your name or have a reservation confirmation. Please notify our studio if possible.

Group Events & Packages:

Deposits are non-refundable. We are happy to reschedule at no cost with 48 hours’ notice or provide a refund for any prepaid amount over the deposit with five days’ notice.

For Private Packages, we are happy to reschedule at no cost with 48 hours’ notice or provide a full refund with 1 weeks’ notice.

COVID Policy

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is planning for the federal Public Health Emergency (PHE) for COVID-19, declared under Section 319 of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, to expire at the end of the day on May 11, 2023. We no longer have any exceptions to our rescheduling or refund policy for COVID cases. 

Merchandise

Classes/Events

Your art is reviewed for quality and safety by our glassblowing prior to returning it to you. We are unable to gauge various ways your glass could break after leaving our studio, therefore we do not offer refunds for individual art pieces made during your event or class. If the results of your piece are unsatisfactory, please contact us.

Gallery

All gallery sales and apparel sales are final.

Refunds

Refunds for online purchases made via Paypal may take up to 7 business days before appearing on your statement. 

For point-of-sale purchases, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days. 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable after 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be provided for gift certificates that have been partially or fully redeemed.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Proof of purchase may be required.
Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in the account.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges after leaving our studio. For Carlyn Ray Designs pieces, we offer a 10-day “on approval” option. Please contact our gallery for information.

Shipping

Custom glass orders are scheduled based on our current production schedule. Please call for lead times. Once your order is complete, items will be shipped within 3 business days. Premade items such as apparel or current gallery inventory typically ship within 3 business days. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped. We ship via UPS Ground or USPS.
